FREE ROOM NIGHT
& DISCOUNTED F&B
Owners shall be entitled to receive up to 12 complimentary room nights per year at Bambu Indah (one night for every month which the villa is made available for rent) for use by friends and family. Owners shall also be entitled to a discount of 20% on food and beverage consumed at Bambu Indah outlets.
EXCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT
& RENTAL ARRANGEMENTS
Villas are to be managed and rented out exclusively by Bambu Indah. Owners are not permitted to list villas independently on their own sites or on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). A 25% marketing fee is payable by the owner.
ONGOING COSTS
A staffing and management/maintenance fee shall be payable at cost plus 15% (with full transparency of costs to owners), which is currently estimated to approximate $2,500 per month.
BROKERAGE OF FUTURE SALES
Any future sales of villas must be brokered by Bambu Indah with a 2% transfer fee applicable.
